Terms & Conditions

1. You are making a booking with ACX Express of 6 East Street Bromley Kent BR1 1QX.  We act as agents for our Drivers, all of whom are licensed by Transport for London.  ACX Express is Licensed by Transport for London and holds PCO Operators License No 4194.

2. Any sum deposited with us by means of a credit card payment or prepayment is held in trust for your Driver who are principal with you in the transaction.  Accordingly, no VAT [sales tax] is due on the transaction.

3. If you hold a Corporate Account with us, we are principal with you in all transaction, and VAT will be added to your account at the prevailing rate.

4. You are responsible for ensuring that you choose an appropriate service according to the number of passengers travelling and amount of luggage that you are carrying.  

5. If you are unable to immediately locate your Driver, you must call us on 02082900123 [UK] so that we may assist you in locating your driver. 

6. Charges apply for cancellations:  You can cancel your booking at any time by emailing: operations2@acx.co.uk .  The following cancellation policies and charges apply:

Saloon &  Estate Bookings: £6.00 cancellation charge where Driver has not left to meet you, otherwise full cost to be charged.

MPV & Executive Bookings:£6.00 cancellation charge if 24 hours notice given, otherwise full cost to be charged.

Minivan & Minicoach Bookings: £6.00 cancellation charge if 28 days notice given, otherwise full cost to be charged.

7. Bookings may be cancelled by calling us on 02082900123 [+442082900123 from outside the UK] or by emailing us at: operations2@acx.co.uk

8. Quotations given are for the service specified and from the collection address to the destination using the driver's chosen route.  Detours, additional collections, and unscheduled stops may attract an additional charge

9. You are reminded that in the UK, all persons must wear a seat-belt and indemnify us of any legal liability in this regard.

10. We cannot be held responsible for late arrival of vehicles due to circumstances that are beyond our control, including but not limited to security alerts, road closures, and traffic congestion.

11. You will provide a guarantee in the form of a  valid credit or debit card when making you booking.  You explicitly authorise us to charge ant amount due to this card, unless alternative payment means are mutually agreed.

12. The person making the booking, whether or not they are travelling in the vehicle, accepts full responsibility for all charges, including but not limited to: cancellation charges, damage to vehicle, soiling charges.

13. We will make our best efforts to take care of your luggage, however we cannot be held responsible in any way for loss or damage to same.  You are therefore advised to supervise drivers whilst loading and unloading your bags so that you can advise of any heavy or fragile items.
